We believe that knitting is bliss and we want you to love your knitting projects. We also understand that shopping for fibers online is tricky. We know that your local yarn shop is your best resource and would never support using them for researching fibers you plan to purchase online. Support your local yarn shop whenever possible.

We will accept returns of unused yarn in new condition, from smoke free homes, for store credit within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Books, needles and clearance items are final sale and may not be exchanged except in the event of damage incurred in shipping.
